Tyto videonávody byly rovněž doplněny i do všech mapových aplikací s označením logo JS, více ZDE. Videonávody slouží především jako metodická pomůcka pro potřeby uživatelů a jejich cílem je zeefektivnit obsluhu mapových aplikací.

The resulting EGNOS LPV 200 service provides vertical guidance that enables aircraft to reach a decision height as low as 200 feet – a capability similar to what is provided via ILS Cat-I but without the financial burden of installing, maintaining and calibrating ground equipment.

Although this accomplishment is impressive as is, EGNOS is just getting started. 

EGNOS Version 3, set to enter service in the near future, will augment both GPS and Galileo. As a result, it will be capable of delivering performance beyond Cat-I requirements. Not only will this capability increase performance and improve accuracy, resilience and safety, it will also enable the aviation sector to design new EGNOS-based services and applications.  

To help usher in this next generation of EGNOS, the European Commission, Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROWTH) is set to publish a call for a new service contract. The scope of the contract includes:

  • Analysing aviation needs and identifying opportunities for new services that go beyond Cat-I and are enabled by EGNOS’ dual frequency augmentation of GPS and Galileo;
  • Identifying user needs, such as an evolution towards Cat-II approach procedures, or new services, all within the framework of a future integrated communication, navigation and surveillance (iCNS) system;
  • Analysing  potential service improvements versus existing services;
  • Assessing safety requirements and their potential impact on both EGNOS and aviation user receivers;
  • Reviewing service provision constraints. 

The estimated date of publication for the contract notice is 15 August 2017. More information can be found in the Prior Information Notice (PIN).

Spuštěna mapová aplikace PRVKÚK

11.8.2017 10:00   Středočeský kraj   Byla spuštěna mapová aplikace Plán rozvoje vodovodů a kanalizací v novém webovém prostředí (JavaScript, více ZDE). Předmětem mapové aplikace je zobrazení geografických dat z vodního hospodářství, jako jsou lokality PRVKÚK s odkazem na karty obcí, vodovodní síť, kanalizační síť, majetkové a provozní evidence a záplavová území a oblasti povodí a další. Aplikace nahrazuje stávající flexovou mapovou aplikaci, která je veřejnosti k dispozici již od roku 2013. Obsah geografických dat zůstává zachován. Novinkou aplikace je především její zobrazení v mobilních zařízeních, dostupnost ve všech webových prohlížečích a rychlejší načítání dat. Aplikace zároveň přináší nové nástroje. Kromě propojení s Google Street View aplikace umožňuje přidávat mapové služby, tj. další služby úřadu nebo služby jiných poskytovatelů. V aplikaci lze jednodušeji vyhledávat podle lokalit PRVKÚK s kartami obcí a dle územních jednotek (obce, katastrální území, parcely). V aplikaci lze prohlížet i archivní letecké snímky a vybrané vrstvy Katastru nemovitostí vč. možnosti nahlédnout do Katastru nemovitostí online. V aplikaci lze kreslit vlastní poznámky, které lze exportovat k dalšímu zpracování. Aplikace umožňuje vkládat i vlastní data prostřednictvím formátů SHP, CSV nebo KML. V neposlední řadě aplikace nabízí zjednodušenou identifikaci prvků a možnost aplikaci sdílet. Součástí aplikace je také Nápověda, která je doplněna o další videonávody, jak s mapovou aplikací pracovat. Odkaz ZDE

8.8.2017 14:41   ČÚZK - předpisy a opatření   Český úřad zeměměřický a katastrální zveřejnil novou aktualitu: Z důvodu závažné havárie na síťové infrastruktuře poskytovatele služby došlo dne 8. srpna 2017 k celodennímu omezení provozu mimopražských katastrálních pracovišť.
Provoz by měl být v plném rozsahu obnoven ve středu 9. srpna. Za způsobené problémy se uživatelům služeb katastru nemovitostí omlouváme.

The European GNSS Agency (GSA), along with the European GNSS Service Centre (GSC), announce the commissioning of two additional satellites, bringing the total number of satellites available for the Galileo service provision to 18.

The GSA is pleased to announce the completion of in-orbit testing (IOT) of two new Galileo satellites, GSAT0212-SV ID 03- and GSAT0213-SV ID 04 -. Having passed all initial tests, the two satellites are now officially commissioned for operational use and are usable for the Galileo service provision (see NAGU 2017029 and NAGU 2017033).

The satellites join GSAT0207-SV ID 07- and GSAT02014-SV ID -5 -, which were previously commissioned on 30 May 2017, increasing the total number of satellites available for use with the Galileo service provision to 18. All four satellites were launched on 17 November 2016 from Kourou, French Guiana – the first launch using an Ariane-5 rocket.

Four additional satellites are expected to be launched in the coming months, further enlarging the Galileo constellation and improving its global performance. Launches will continue until the system reaches Full Operational Capability in 2020. The complete constellation will consist of 30 satellites in orbit (24 operational and six spares).

Once fully operational, Galileo will offer four high-performance services worldwide:

7.8.2017 2:00   Cenia - Katalog metadat ČR - INSPIRE   Základní báze geografických dat České republiky (ZABAGED®) je digitální geografický model území České republiky (ČR). Výškopisnou část ZABAGED® tvoří 3 typy objektů vrstevnic se základním intervalem 5, 2, nebo 1 m v závislosti na charakteru terénu. Přesnost výšky vrstevnic je závislá na sklonu a členitosti terénu a dosahuje 0,7-1,5 m v odkrytém terénu, 1-2 m v sídlech a 2-5 m v zalesněném terénu. Obsah datové sady ZABAGED® - výškopis - 3D vrstevnice je doplněn vybranými dalšími výškopisnými prvky – klasifikovanými hranami a body, které byly vyhodnoceny stereofotogrammetrickou metodou při zpřesňování vrstevnicového výškopisu a jsou uživateli nabízeny zdarma k případnému dalšímu využití. Všechny objekty jsou reprezentovány trojrozměrnou vektorovou prostorovou složkou.
